The following applies to paid event registrations processed through the LGAN website.

Participant cancellation
More than 14 days before the event: full refund less transaction fees.
Between 14 and 7 days before the event: 50% refund.
Less than 7 days before the event: no refund, unless waived at LGAN’s discretion.

LGAN cancellation
If LGAN cancels an event, registered participants are entitled to a full refund of the entry fee. Postponements offer the choice of transferring the registration or requesting a refund.

Refund process
Refund requests should be sent to events@lgan.ng from the email address used for the registration. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Paystack.
