This Privacy Policy describes how the Ladies Golf Association of Nigeria (LGAN) processes personal data collected through the LGAN website, event registrations and enquiries. LGAN is committed to data minimisation and to processing personal data lawfully, in alignment with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

What we collect
Registration data: name, email, phone, country, club and participation-related fields.
Order and payment references (payment itself is handled by our gateway; card details are not stored by LGAN).
Enquiry data submitted through our contact and partnership forms.

How we use it
To administer event registration and communications, process orders, respond to enquiries, and produce non-identifying operational reports.

Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as required for the purpose for which it was collected, or for legitimate operational, legal and financial reasons.
